Tomorrow our 2011 Summer League begins.

It's been a fun break, but it has been a break.

We've had a mix of learn-to-curl events, drop-ins, and our first Beginner's League.  Some of my favorite people from the beginners' league are playing this summer.

That doesn't change the fact that I've played once since Winter 2011 ended.

Better draws -- times I hope we can hang onto.  7:00pm and 9:00pm work out nicely -- the late draw ends around 11:00pm, and a little post-game broomstacking doesn't have to go until 2:00am.

July 2nd will hopefully be the "Frost in July" bonspiel.  I'm waiting on final word.

We have a bye week July 30th -- probably for maintenance at the Rinks.  September 3rd is also off, partially for the holiday weekend, but mostly because we have 12 teams, and four of them will be at The Crush.
